(The Star) - Private investigator P. Balasubramaniam who suddenly disappeared last year may be a free man but he is still being sought by the police as a witness in a case, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan.

Musa said that although Balasubramaniam was not a wanted fugitive, he was needed for a statement to be recorded in relation to his two contradictory statutory declarations on the murder of Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu.

He added that this was the reason the Immigration Department had not been given any instruction to stop Balasubramaniam’s movements in and out of the country.

“He should know that he is wanted in assisting us in a case and take the initiative to come in personally and have his statement recorded,” he said.

Musa was responding to questions regarding Balasubramaniam’s alleged entry back into the country about eight times since he disappeared on July 3 last year.

Various blogs and online news portals have recently been carrying excerpts of his interviews in which, among others, he alleged that he had been offered money to retract his first statutory declaration.

“As far as the police is concerned, we are not aware of him having entered the country. You should ask the reporter who made that claim,” said Musa.

The private investigator, his wife and three children – aged between six and 11 – have been “missing”.

Balasubramaniam had been hired by then accused Abdul Razak Baginda to monitor Altantuya’s whereabouts in Kuala Lumpur,

Razak, a political analyst, was acquitted of the charge of abetment in the murder after spending 22 months in prison.

In November last year, then Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar had said Balasubramaniam was a free man and it was up to him if he wanted to come back.

Hallelujah

Finally, we read something about Bala in The Star. However, hold on the PDRM is saying he is not a wanted man but just need to provide assistance in a case. Don't you think we all know that already. I guess they are trying to spin the story again to make PDRM looks good and rakyat look stupid. We all know he is not guilty because he did not commit a crime but just provide evidence that there is a cover up by maybe the most powerful person in Malaysia.

LET ME TELL YOU WHAT HE NEEDS. HE NEED PROTECTION NOT STUPID STATEMENT FROM PDRM.

BODOH PUNYA IGP YANG MAHU PERBODOHKAN RAKYAT LAGI.

Empat Segi Musang Hassan,

Stop the wayang, will you? Why do you play dumb?

Anyone not related to BN who makes two contradictory SDs would have been locked up for good on day-3. Day-1 --> 1st SD; day-2 --> 2nd SD; day-3 --> jail.

Who are you trying to kid? And you are the PIG (Polis Inspector General)?? Yeah, indeed you are.

Musa, you want Bala's statement? Didn't the special branch police (ASP Munandy, etc.) get Bala's statement in Bangkok? Don't you know about it? Call for it. If it doesn't exist, then you can label Bala a liar. It it exists, you will be able to read it. Why is it that this simple logic which is obvious to a naive person like me escapes you.

Musa, your actions, words and behavior are not even that of a police constable. How did you get to become the IGP? It looks like that you have become IGP of Malaysia through gangterism, cheating, threatening and pimping. You don't really want Bala's statement (as you already have it). What you really want is Bala's corpse.

Very strange Musa Hassan is not aware of the movements of PI Bala. He is not aware of anything. The first SD and seems totally not aware of the 2nd SD either.

Mr. PM why pay his salary a wastage of rakyats taxes on someone who does not concentrate on his job except to kill "criminals", whom he has judged to keep his forces without fatality.

Famous last words. Maybe he should ask the two dogs who interviewed Bala in Bangkok. What....he doesn't know what his dogs were up to? Hey blue fox, don't rubbish the Rakyat. PTUI! smilies/angry.gif

Dear Bala, now the PIG wants to do business with you, and I know you are very good in doing business, you normally investigate first before you have any dealing with them, and you are very good in doing business with Devils, remember one thing, do not be the Friend of the Friend of BN, you may not end up in Nirvana Memorial Park, and we may not have a second chance of exhumation of your remain, most propobly you wlll be exploded into ashes, and I can tell you, if that happen, we can only just wait for your ghost to eat up the Roast PIG during the 7th month of Chineses calender, I wish you good luck, and hope you dont rest so early in peace! For we still need you to make sure the Ghost of BN cannot sleep in peace.

Dey, parathesi Polis! Musang you are a dishonest untrustworthy fella. You want Bala to avail himself so that you can silence and change his story to serve your political masters only so that your contract can be renewed another year. Your PDRM is the cause of so much anguish in this country. You are responsible for all this robberies, murders, snatch thefts and many more problems in our country. You have prostituted that very uniform you wear and have prostituted the very oath of office that you took. You will pay with your PDRM gangsters. Just you wait and see. I shall pray and curse you every day.

Bala, please do not present yourself to the police. Being a witness in Malaysia is acutely dangerous.

The IGP is not being frank and tries to plead ignorance. Even a rank and file police constable needs to get permission from his superior before stepping out of the country. Therefore he is lying.

FYI, Bala did not use his passport to exit the Thai-Malaysian border at Bukit Kayu Hitam. As an ex-Special Branch Officer, he knows how to slip in and out of the country incognito.

IGP requesting him to come personally to Bukit Aman to make a statement is likened to commiting 'hara-kiri'. Without his lawyer's presence, Bala is a dead meat.

Can anyone recall how Najib communicated with the IGP over Baginda's arrest and the subsequent trial. These were the GANG of FOUR - The IGP, Shafee Abdullah, the AG and Najib.

Holly cow! This is going to be the next heart pulsating story that is unfolding day by day. And for sure, Najib and Rosnah will leave no stone unturned to ensure the disappearance of Deepak and ASP Suresh.

And IGP will ensure this is will be next mission to carry out at the behest of his boss.

Now look who has waken from his sleep.

After 15 months he said Bala's statement is wanted over the 2 SDs. He should have done so after the 1st SD was written. Pathetic efficiency. Shameful..

The rakyat presume he is cooking up something to arrest Bala for good to silent him again.

Hey Musa,

How did a stupid shit head like you become IGP? Ah yes I know. You kill anyone upon instructions from the PM and you are the middleman laundering money between the triads and UMNO.

I suggest you do this tomorrow. Tell Rosmah you want to fondle her on the top floor of Police HQ at Bukit Aman and while she's taking off her sarong, do what you're good at, push her off.

Wait, that's not the end. Then tell your pea brain that you have to save her and jump after her. Please do that for the rakyat. Don't waste time with Bala.

Watch out RAKYAT; they edging towards criminalizing Bala so they could silence him; I guess Deepak strategy did not work, after all they taught Bala was out the way for good (India) so Rosmah toyboy did not pay up the RM5 instead played Bala for an ass. Now Moos ASS want to go hard-core.

Better drag Bala to HELL then to Bukit Aman... cos we know.. maybe Bala will be froced down the roof, and said he commit suicide. OR Bala Slip in the toilet and knock his head and died accidentally.

Eitherway... if this hassan IGP and the UMNO are controlling Malaysia... Hell will be a better place then Malaysia.
