(The Malaysian Insider) - The DAP’s Lim Kit Siang wants Datuk Seri Najib Razak to guarantee the safety of P. Balasubramaniam to return home, following the latest allegation by the private investigator that he had met Najib’s brother Nazim as part of the deal to leave the country and retract accusations linking the prime minister with the murder of Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu.
“There is no other option for Najib to ensure national and international legitimacy as Malaysian Prime Minister, following the five-part publication of Balasubramaniam’s interview,” Lim said in a statement today.
In the latest installment today of an interview with Balasubramaniam carried in fugitive blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin’s Malaysia-Today.net, the private investigator claimed he had met Nazim, who is the younger brother of Najib, last year.
Balasubramaniam claimed the meeting had been arranged by the mysterious businessman, Deepak Jaikishan, whom the investigator claimed was a close associate of Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, the PM’s wife.
So far, the private investigator has also claimed returning three times to Malaysia this year since fleeing in July 2008 after issuing contradictory statutory declarations that linked Najib Razak to the murdered Mongolian.

There is no other option to Najib to ensure national and international legitimacy as Malaysian Prime Minsiter following the five-part publication of Balasubramiam’s interview, where he named names as well as cited monetary figures explaining the background to the mystery of his Statutory Declaration One and Statutory Declaration Two contradicting each other within 24 hours and his subsequence disappearance with his family from Malaysia.
Left contradicted and unchallenged, Balasubramaniam’s latest five-part interview will stand as an indictment not only on the Prime Minister, the system of government as well as all key national institutions in Malaysia.

What on earth makes you think that Bala or anyone is safe? Especially Bala - who will be Najib's & Rosy's next target. It's just a matter of time - sad to say, he is living on borrowed time. How is Najis going to make that happen when the very zest of this SD is affecting not only him and Normah but the whole nation as a whole ? Bala should stay out of the country and ensure his safety and that of his family while providing what he knows through a 3rd party to reveal who is behind those barbaric crimes ! I think the only way to guarantee safety for BALA is to have him sued for misleading SDs, blashphemy, or whatever. Then the courts will come into play and BALA has to tell nothing but the whole truth in court. Do you think all this SPRM investigation into corruption is for real? My conspiracy theory is that the new PM need to keep his opponent at bay and also a piece of action on dirty money. Those that did not get in line will go to jail and those that pay up will get more money throw at them. If you were those investigated guess which you will choose.

The only sensible recourse is for Najib to go on national TV and confess that he has been lying all the while. He must apologize to the nation for having brought dishonor and disrepute upon all of us. Then, to avoid being charged with corruption, abuse of power and complicity in first-degree murder, he must return to the nation 90% of his ill-gotten gains, resign from politics, and enter into voluntary exile from Malaysia for at least 10 years. Either that or him and his wife must face the hangman or a life sentence. Fair's fair. You've had a damn good run and the tide has turned. There is no escape the court of public opinion - nationally as well as internationally. No decent Malaysian can tolerate having a man of such dubious character lead the nation.

These three countries should be able to give him and his family asylum as many in Malaysia will be able to vouch the respective authorities there that Bala has become a victim of political prosecution.and he will face mortal danger if he now sets foot in the country. We must remember that PDRM will be happy to execute Bala on Najibs behalf.

In order to clear your name, the right thing for you to do is to sue P. Bala for defamation, after all the judiciary is under your whims and fancy to get the verdict you want, otherwise how are you going to face the rakyat and the world at large?
With such implication, you are bringing shame for all Malaysians to bear, right from the Agong to the office peon, with you being the Chief Executive Officer (Prime Minister) of the country.
