Bkt Selambau’s Next ADUN from HINDRAF ??

Lets forget about BN's candidate for this constituency coz there's no way it going to them !! Focus on the 4 candidates so far from Pakatan's corner..

First- PKR's BS Kalai Vanar

Regardless of his background & records of serving the community, PKR shouldn't put their candidate for this election simply because 3 of it's ADUNs contributed to the lost of Perak to BN and another that left Bkt Selambau triggering this by-election. So they should just let the other component parties work on a candidate and PKR should rally and campaign behind that candidate.

Second- DAP life-member S Neelamekan

Same goes for DAP as their Jelapang ADUN became an independent and defected as a BN friendly pulling Perak to BN together with the famous PKR 2+1. DAP should be there to support any candidate other that PKR & their own for the time being.

Third- Hindraf's National Cordinator RS Thanenthiran

Hindraf contributed to Pakatan Rakyat's win in 4 states ( Kelantan would have always been a PAS county with or without Hindraf ) and open the eyes of voters through out Malaysia that gave them more seats in state assemblies and the Parliament. The track record of Hindraf has always been fighting and struggling for the right of Indians in the country but the Selambau by-election is for a public seat with voters from all races. Hindraf candidate RS Thanenthiran may not be suitable for this ADUN seat. RS Thanenthiran will have to work to show voters that Hindraf can work for all races regardless of faith and religious background. The best time for Hindraf to name it's candidates for public seats will be in the 13th GE and meanwhile start working as political group and maintaining the current government pressure group role. As mentioned in news, Hindraf self-exiled chairperson P Waythamoorthy and local Hindraf leaders have spoken to PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim to make official their intentions.

Pakatan Rakyat should not give this seat to Hindraf as a present for their role in the outcome of the 12th GE and it would be wrong to do so. Penang Hindraf deputy coordinator Sanjeeviramah Subramaniam is recorded as saying that Hindraf should be rewarded with this seat and how wrong he is for even thinking about getting a public office seat as a reward !!! The voters will and should punish Pakatan Rakyat if any such actions are planned. The candidate for the Bkt Selambau ADUN seat should be a politically involved individual who has been in one of Pakatan Rakyat's component party at least since the March 8th 2008 working with the state government headed by PAS.

Fourth- Kelab Penyokong PAS member Jegadeeson Thavasu

A lawyer from Sungai Petani and is member of the PAS non-Muslim club in the state. Jegadeeson Thavasu had actively campaigned for the party and Pakatan candidates in the last general election as per Malaysiakini. He is also seen known to PAS leaders as a candidate who will be able to get the support of all ethnic groups and he is the best person so far around to secure the Bkt Selambau seat within Pakatan Rakyat. The Malays will rally behind PAS and PKR for this man, the Indians will vote him and the Chinese are just waiting to vote in anyone who is not from BN.

BN will have to think twice before cashing out millions of ringgit this time during Bkt Selambau by-election to be given to voters to bribe them to vote their candidate as the last few rounds of knock-out results siding Pakatan Rakyat should have tought them a lesson. Or did it?
