Perak: It is not over, until it is really over..Part II

In the past few days, Perak has again hog the limelight. First we had the case of Nizar who is seeking a court order to determine who is the rightful MB. (i.e. Nizar or the Zambry, the illegal MB.)

Some legal experts was in view that even if a vote of no confidence was held in the State Assembly in absence of the 3 stooge (Hee, Jamaluddin and Osman), PR would lose as BN would have 28 votes and PR 27 votes (in view of Siva being the speaker and cannot vote). This means that BN would still have a simple majority in the assembly.

3. I agree with the argument but I disagree that due process and procedures must be blatantly abused and the Royal House Hold (RHH) be used in such a manner. The way the Nizar was chased and locked out from his office has sent a very bad message worldwide on how we Malaysian exercised our democracy. We have been made to look like a banana republic.
