No 81 and 82 Jalan Permai 1,
Taman Desa Permai 08100, Bedong Kedah. Note: Exit at North Sg Petani PLUS Highway Exit. Turn right towards Alor Setar, about 3 KM from the junction there will be a Petronas Services Station on your right , meet 1st and 2nd traffic light, the center will be on your right 30 metres after the 2nd traffic light.
