Actually, it is very simple to do on Maybank2U.

1. Make sure that you select a New Interbank GIRO transfer

2. In the drop down list, select HONG LEONG BANK. Click continue.

3. Fill in the next form like this:

Description of transaction: (whatever you want, I called it Penanti By-Election)
Amount: (however much you feel like donating)
Recipient Name: PARTI KEADILAN RAKYAT
Recipient ID: 106790 (I got this number from PKR's Borang Sumbangan Derma: http://www.keadilanrakyat.org/…nts/Borang Sumbangan Derma.pdf)
Account Number: 19901000076
Payment Type: Funds Transfer
Transaction Reference Number: (whatever you want)

4. Continue and then get your Maybank TAC to finalize the transaction.

I was told that the Recipient ID is whatever the recipient bank (Hong Leong, in this case) will use to make sure that PKR can withdraw the money from the bank. The number I gave just now is PKR's registration number so it should work just fine.

If everything has gone right, you should get this confirmation:

Status: Accepted
Reference Number: (make sure you save this)
Transaction Date: (date and time the transaction was done)
Amount: (how much you donated)
From Account: (your account number)
Beneficiary Name: PARTI KEADILAN RAKYAT
Receiving Bank: HONG LEONG BANK
Beneficary Account Number: 19901000076

Finally, note that Maybank charges RM 2 for each transaction.
