Justice Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahim provides full grounds of judgement, what about the Federal Court?!

Justice Abdul Aziz has released the full grounds of judgement when he declared Nizar as the legitimate Menteri Besar of Perak on May 11. The PDF file is about 1.5MB in size. Edmund Bon has extracted the key points on Loyarburok.

It is worth noting that Justice Abdul Aziz released his written judgement in less than two weeks, an extraordinary productivity. This is when the Federal Court, being the apex court, has refused to provide written judgement on some of the Perak cases it has tried. That was completely going against the norm, as many of the judgements made set the precedent and have vast effect on the democractic functions of the land. The lawyers on both sides would need the black and white to understand the reasoning of the judges. That’s why Nizar’s lawyer Edmund Bon has to ask “Tell us why please?” in a blog post.
