Pakatan: Perak fiasco may backfire if prolong too long

The Perak fiasco has lasted more than enough. Pakatan may be seem victorious in winning the public perception while BN falls into new low to the extent of skipping Penanti by-election. Now the court cases are not only between the 2 Menteri Besars, but also between the 2 speakers, each claiming each other illegal.

The rakyat has grown tired about the case. Too much arguments are being present, and there's too much information to be digested by a common layman. In the end, life's goes on for the people, with or without a legit government in Perak.

It is still apparent that most of rakyat viewed Pakatan Rakyat as the victim in this Perak fiasco. If only the 3 frogs are a respectable bunch of assemblymen, this Perak fiasco would have ended long ago. And the court is not making this Perak fiasco any easier because it has been used as a venue to violate the most important fundamental of democracy – the separation of power.
Both sides want to remain in power badly but just in a different manner. Both objectives are the same, so there is no virgin in this case. BN trying to remain power through the defections of the 3 frogs and a vote of confidence in the assembly, while Pakatan wants to remain in power by going back to the people. Pakatan is fortunate this round that the method it chooses resonating with people's wishes, but nevertheless we should remember that the objective of Pakatan remains the same as BN, which is to rule Perak for the next 3 years.
But I would like to remind Pakatan that it is a matter of time before you guys will start making mistakes like BN if this crisis is prolong. Remember that the earth is round, you may be the top of world now, but 24 hours later you may end upside down. In politics, tides will turn, the people's mood will change. If somehow BN able to captalize on one mistake of yours during this crisis, and turn the public perception's that you are no less evil than BN, then you are doomed.
