Let’s face it. If such ‘elaborate’ access control to a public audit report of great public concern can even be accessed by ‘Najib Altantuya’ shown below, it is an idiot’s idea.
PwC Advisory Services made a mockery of itself if it did think that such report (a PDF file) can be released to public and yet its access controlled. How little it knows about technology and Internet. And how ill-advised Port Klang Authority could be, technically.
