The Insidious Insider

This online news portal is at it again. Twisting and turning the facts. Casting a story in a manner that puts words into people’s mouth or to fit their version of what the “facts” or “truth” should be. 

One wonders whose insider they really are when they keep displaying their bias and prejudices for all to see. Lately, they have resorted to a frame-up of celebrated Umno politician/Deputy Minister, Mukhriz Mahathir in way that leads to the conclusion that Mukhriz is OK with the proposed third bridge to Singapore. Listen and judge for yourselves as to what Mukhriz said and what was reported.

Mukhriz clearly states that it is not his place to agree or disagree and voiced his opinion. The Malaysian Insider’s lede is “Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir wants the government to continue discussing the possibility of a third bridge with Singapore even though Umno leaders are against it.”
