Who doesn’t know that DAP political aide Teoh Beng Hock died from fall? The initial autopsy report revealed by the police has just given us an answer that we already know.

We want to know not about whether Teoh fell or not. We want know not the answer we already know. But we want to know the real reason behind Teoh’s death.

There are too many questions and doubts that we have to say: as long as the truth has not been uncovered, we are not able to calm down and we can be reasonably speculate and make our own conclusions.

Teoh dead undeservedly and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) should give justice to him. MACC should kneel down to apologize to his parents, relatives and even all Malaysians.

We don’t understand, or more appropriately, we are very angry as MACC Chief Commissioner Datuk Seri Ahmad Said Hamdan still shamelessly said at this very moment that MACC should not be held responsible.

Until now, we still don’t even know Teoh’s exact time of dead. How dare he claim that at the time when the “accident” happened, Teoh was no longer in the MACC’s custody?

The more he wants to whitewash the responsibility, the more loopholes are exposed.

And now, even Selangor Police Chief Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar, who had excluded the possibility of homicide during the “preliminary” investigation, has now modified his previous remark and said the police had not ruled out “foul play” in Teoh’s death. How could Ahmad Said conclude that it was an “accident”?

Teoh’s death was too bizarre and shocking.

Why was he being questioned all night? Why was he fell and dead after he was “released”?

Why didn’t MACC report to the police right after they found the body? And why didn’t MACC make a formal police report even a couple of days after the incident?

The MACC Chief Commissioner failed to answer all these questions but he tried to evade the responsibilities.

Does Teoh’s death really have nothing to do with MACC?

A bright young man was mysteriously questioned all night by MACC and turned into a cold body just like that. Anyone with conscience will feel guilty and disturbed. But the response of Ahmad Said was: MACC should not be held responsible!

How could a man be so ruthless? How could a MACC Chief Commissioner make such excuses for his department’s abuse of power and evade his responsibilities just like that? How could we not to condemn?

What have the MACC done? What is the MACC trying to hide? What can be found out by the police?
Would the public still believe them?

Set up an independent commission of inquiry and convene a hearing as soon as possible! Perhaps, we can find out the truth only by setting up an independent investigation commission.

Perhaps? Maybe!
