The Director of the Commerical Crime Division of Bukit Aman, Dato' Ramli Yusuff, sends a report by way of official letter to Prime Minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi in March 2007 highlighting what went on in Malaysia's national airline, MAS. Abdullah, however, chose to ignore the issue and not pursue the matter. Subsequently, Ramli was brought down on charges of abusing his power and of not declaring his assets allegedly totalling RM27 million.
