Najib’s birthday wish

(The Star) PUTRAJAYA: A prosperous and united Malaysia in line with the 1Malaysia concept – that is Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s wish for his 56th birthday.

“I want the people to feel they are participating (in the running of the country) and that they are valued for their contributions,” he said when asked what present he would like for his birthday.

The Prime Minister, who was at the Putrajaya Marriot Hotel to attend ‘The Innovation Economy – A Ministerial Conference’ yesterday, was earlier presented with a cake by the hotel management.

Most of the Cabinet Ministers attending the conference, including Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, came out from the meeting to wish Najib and sing the birthday song.
