Will Chua’s DVD episode go away?

Looks like the Chua Soi Lek’s “famous” DVD simply wont go away. We now hear it’s remerging yet again. Not surprising really considering the 10/10/10 MCA EGM.
I’m not about to speculate the whos and whys behind the recent circulation of the DVD. I am not going to discuss it at all. Except to say years ago I was told of an interesting story about a well known Asian leader whose sex romp was also caught on camera. But please. Do not try to link the story with the Chua Soi Lek DVD issue. The two have got nothing to do with each other. Just take the story as it is.
The story was relayed to me a long long time ago. So long I cannot remember who the story teller was. But the story I can recall easily. One do not usually forget stories like these. Like I said earlier it is linked to a well known Asian leader whose name was mentioned by my storyteller. I would have mentioned his name again here. But as I do not know if the story was indeed real in the first place I feel it’s better to let the leader be anonymous. And I don’t want to be accused of slander by the leader’s next of kin. Or be accused of embarking on a smear campaign on a man whose contribution to his nation was tremendous. He has passed on. His family remain powerful and respected. A complaint from them could see a diplomatic row between our country and theirs. God forbid. Enough explanation. Here’s the story.
There once was a leader of an Asian country who was well respected and loved by his people. He had a strong personality, ruling his country his own way in his quest to develop his beloved nation. His was a no nonsense policy. He had a national formula which was very original and he didn’t want to emulate the policies of other countries. His battle cry was “do it our way, our policy, our approach ,our style and be damned to others”. Hence he made enemies.
As the story goes, a super power wanted to put the leader under their thumb so that they can control his country which was rich in natural resources.
So they devised a plan. If the leader had a weakness , it was his love for women. He was a womaniser. He can never say no to women. Young, beautiful and sexy of course. So the brains of the super power put their plan in motion. The plan was simple. Just get a young, beautiful and sexy woman and ask her to lure and tempt the great Asian leader. This was easily done. To make a long story short, the leader had a terrific sexual encounter with the Hollywood-like sex goddess. The torrid love making was filmed with a hidden camera in the posh hotel room. Yes, film, the 35 mm. There were no video, VCDs or DVDs in those days.
The next day, the ambassador of the super power had an audience with the great Asian leader. He brought along the film. And in no uncertain terms the ambassador told the Asian leader that if the leader did not want to listen to the super power, the film will be shown to his people and even to the world. He would be shamed and lose respect of his own people,
The leader kept his cool. He wanted to watch the film first before giving his final decision to the ambassador representing the super power. The ambassador obliged. A projector was brought in and the two of them watched the leader’s romp with the beautiful blonde. And what a performance it was. Even the ambassador was impressed. The leader was a macho stud.
After watching the flick, the great Asian leader turned, looked straight at the ambassador and said : “Go ahead and show the film to the world. My people will see my prowess and see how great I am in bed. My people will be proud of me. They will say it is an honour to have a great performer as their leader”.
End of story.
