DATUK TIONG KING SING AND THE ARTICLE DATED 21.10.2009 TITLED “ISTERI PM JUGA GUNA JET TIONG KING SING”

We act for Datuk Tiong King Sing as well as Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd.
Our clients have brought our attention to the abovementioned article which we understand is a re-publication of an article which originally appeared in a publication from TV Antara. Our clients would like to advise you that the wife of the Prime Minister has never flown on private jets owned by our clients at any time, whether it was for personal or official reasons.
The article by TV Antara is therefore false and baseless and without an iota of evidence. It is meant to discredit our clients and the Prime Minister’s wife by prompting her name in an article which also refers to ongoing investigations in the Port Klang Free Zone project.
We hope that you will include this letter of clarification on your website concerning the abovecaptioned article.
