Time to Terminate our Ridiculous Malaysian Judges
The court has dismissed Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s suit against Dr Mahathir Mohamad based on the fact the suit was written in English. Is this really the reason? I can’t describe how ridiculous and idiotic this piece of court judgment can be. That suit was filed way back in January 2006. And now after all that many years the court has found the most obnoxious reason to dismiss the suit.

If this was the main reason why the suit was struck out then why did the court officials receive the suit in the first place. The receiving officers, the registrar and the whole lot involved in receiving suits at the court registry should have refused to allow the suit and instead should have thrown the papers straight out of the counter.
Why did the courts receive the papers after collecting all the filing fees? You mean to say English is an unheard of and an ununderstood language in Malaysia that even judges cannot make heads nor tails of what was written knowing fully well many of the judges received their legal education at one of the renowned inns in UK.
If that is their reasoning then there should be strict signages in all courts, from the Magistrates, Sessions, High Courts and right up to Federal Court that English is strictly forbidden and that lawyers are prohibited to speak in English. Anyone found to be speaking in English would be handcuffed and jailed.
This is indeed the last straw pulled by our so-called judges who have no qualms as to how foolish they look before the eyes of the public.
Listen you pathetic judges, if you have an ounce of decency left in you then stop making a fool of yourself. If you neither speak nor understand English in courts then how on earth do you refer to case laws published in UK or Australia or any of the commonwealth nations? If you don’t understand English then you have no right to sit there at the bench. Abdicate and get out of there as you are unfit to take a cent of our tax payers money! Understood?
Yes I am angry, sick and disgusted with the behavior of these uneducated so-called judges who bring shame and eternal damnation to this precious country of ours. Stop fooling our people and the people all over the world as if you are invisible and that Malaysia is a non-existent country with non-existent people.
Yes, I call you sick and dammed and you don’t deserve to survive on our money. Are you collecting your salaries from the toilet cleaner of the courts or from cronies of yours that you therefore have no regard nor respect for the people around. Oh you creatures of the damned, you shameless mongrels of the uninhabited jungles of the world, get out of the courts and go and mind what you are best suited for. Perhaps you should take the place of the toilet cleaners in the courts from whom you take your salaries from and do the cleaning job well before you get booted out of the cleaner job itself.
Have all you judges been writing your judgments in English or Bahasa? Answer me now. Can you dare defy me now? Are all the senior non-Malay judges in the Court of Appeal or the Federal Court been writing their judgments in Bahasa Malaysia? Has Justice Gopal Sri Ram been writing all his meticulously incised judgments in BM or in English? If so, then all those court judgments from High Court to Federal Court should be dubbed as invalid and should be struck out from courts and reheard once again. Oh hell behold, our judges of Malaysia have sunk to base levels of ridicule, outrageously disgusting and perversely insulting to human intelligence so much so it is time to abolish our entire judiciary and restructure them from ground zero.
And do you so-called judges in Malaysia leave the argument of the constitution through which you so disingenuously construct the slightest excuse to misinterpret the same to fit your whims and fancies to carve out a judgment to suit your cronies or your own personal interests? Enough is enough. Time you culprits stand up and get out of the sight of this sacred institution which is being funded by we the tax payers.
