So, let’s see how Polyandry and Polygyny stand up to the same reasons given then.
The first being:
“… But Rohaya and her fellow wives say the arrangement works just fine for them, allowing them to easily juggle childcare, domestic duties and careers in their busy households ….” So, supposing the Wife with multiple husbands is able to allow the husband to juggle between his work, and manage the children, then Polygyny would be acceptable then, I assume. After all, aren’t both males and females created equally by Allah? Or are some more EQUAL than others?
The second is:
“… The undisputed head of the family, 43-year-old husband Mohamad Ikram Ashaari, shuttles between the women’s separate homes, spending a night with each in rotation before they join up on the weekends for family time ….” So, based on the same logic, if the Wife of many husbands is willing to spend a night with a different husband, then it would also be a good thing, right? After all, it has become common knowledge that a woman is capable of having multiple orgasms and can take on many more rounds of sex than her male counterpart, no matter how much of a stud he is.
The third reason offered is here:

Just having multiple wives does not guarantee that the husband would not beat-off to Miss September? So, if this be true, then the issue of Pornography will not even arise, coz women are rarely ever known to touch Porn with a 10 foot pole. And on the same count? How does this solve the adultery issue committed by women? After all, her husband has only limited energies, and can only have ¼ of the amount of sex with any individual wife. So, the odds of Adultery is theoretically escalated even higher for the woman!! It would be much easier to allow her to have multiple husbands so that at least her sexual desires are satisfactorily met.
The fourth reasoning is here:

And sometimes, friends are also invited over to “have a go” at their own blood daughters!! Anyone who wishes to try to justify any of these actions as “normal” ought to have their heads examined!
Well, here’s the reality of the situation:

To be noted is that close to 80% of all Bumiputra undergraduates are female. And most graduate to become professionals in all fields. And this, although startling to some, completely justifies the above problem. So, to rewrite the above:
“These days, women can fully afford to properly care for multiple husbands, and the issue of children is minimized, because she can only bear one child at a time (with the exception of twins, triplets and so on). And for the uninitiated, Polygyny is on an uptrend in Indonesia. I’ve personally met a few women who have 2 husbands, albeit on different islands. But both know each other, and they do not have a problem with sharing their wife.
And their concluding end-statements are equally telling as well:

JD: So the poor woman has to concede that she will have her needs unmet, because she can now only have sex ¼ the amount than if she was the sole wife.
“Even though it’s already enough, there’s always the desire to have more — one isn’t satisfied with just four,” he adds with a smile.
JD: So I guess the unsatisfied wife will now have to find sex elsewhere. Other men, friends, relatives, the milkman, the gardener, the chauffeur, animals, or even dead corpses might be her only other hope. Short of the one “which runs on batteries”. But if a dildo is her only safe bet, then why bother getting married in the first place? Why not just marry a Vibrator and be done with it? Want kids? Easy!! Either adopt, or visit the sperm bank. Women can now choose sperm of those with a much higher IQ as well.
