Enough is enough!

However, please do not label him, he is not a racist. He and PERKASA are not extremists. He “never attacks non-Bumiputras”. Instead, he praises Kelantan Chinese for not being greedy, “because they live like Malays”.

During an interview with Sin Chew Daily, Malay rights group PERKASA President Datuk Ibrahim Ali boldly admitted that the group was meant to fight interests for its racial community and it was also a “non-governmental organisation” that served as a complement to UMNO.

Such a confession, as he said “enough is enough”, was clear and honest enough!

Ibrahim made the statement so confidently.

In his perception, Chinese have been controlling the Malaysian economy and among the examples is, the number of Chinese tycoons is more than the number of Malay tycoons. Another example is, “who are the owners of those private colleges”. The third example is, all automobile parts stores in Setapak are operated by Chinese.

“Enough is enough!”

Therefore, he asked: “What else are you asking for”?

Therefore, he criticised: “Some Chinese are still not contented but they are asking for more”.

Therefore, he hoped that: “Could a particular group of Chinese just don’t be so greedy”?

Therefore, he called: “Please have sympathies with Malays who are economically lagging behind”!

Therefore, he lashed out that people who have immigrated to foreign countries are not patriotic.

However, please do not label him, he is not a racist. He and PERKASA are not extremists. He “never attacks non-Bumiputras”. Instead, he praises Kelantan Chinese for not being greedy, “because they live like Malays”.

I do not agree with Ibrahim but I am 100% agree that he is not afraid of even the government, let alone the opposition from the Chinese community, or being criticised to have been thinking with the mindset of the previous century.

He may keep defending privileges and “righteously” requesting the government to allow Bumiputras to buy houses without paying the down payment, and asking the government to keep 30% of projects for Bumiputras. If it is still not enough, he can keep mentioning and asking….just admit it, that we dare not to follow suit. Whenever we start talking, we never forget to mention the three major races, Bumiputras who have lost their paradise, as well as “national interests” to avoid being accused as “racial chauvinists”.

Just admit it that many Chinese organisations dare not to show such a clear and firm stand like PERKASA to tell everyone that they are fighting for a single racial group. Chinese organisations have to “care about politics” but at the same time, “surpass political parties”. Also, they have to defend “interests of the Chinese community” while maintaining “1Malaysia”. As a result, they are trapped in a dilemma!

“Enough is enough”. We will be “sent to hell” if we keep on talking about it!
