I know what I am suggesting currently is very last minute but then anything that is workable … last minute or not, if it can work … you still have to try.

Your article about asking able people to come out to take action even if force may have to be used is not a very good suggestion. If this suggestion was given by Najib, then it is a fantastic idea because those men in blue are under them. In your case, if there is force, someone may get killed or severely injured … so it is not too good an idea.
Why don’t you do it this way.
1) Buy some type of ink (indelible ink), paint, thinner, elephant gum, chemical or whatever it is for the purpose of sticking a mark, a sign or just some colour onto those people that during the road blocks are found to be outsiders or suspicious people. If you are able to make a mark on some part of their hand, face or torso etc where it can be identified easily when they go to a polling centre tomorrow, then half the problem is solved. In your suggestion of using force, I would like to suggest that the force be used to spray the ink or paint or better still elephant glue on them. It is impossible to get rid of elephant glue if it sticks onto your fingers. It will take a bit of time to find some chemicals to rub it off but in the middle of the night, how to get that chemical cleaner etc.
2) Bring lots of cooking oil to be placed along the road when your people make road blocks. What happens is that during a scuffle with the police (let’s say in front of the phantoms voters), the police may try to use force to arrest your people. So fighting the police is a must but how to fight!!! So, what if instead of fighting you squeeze, pour and throw cooking oil onto their vehicles, the road, their clothes etc. This will make them supper slippery and then it would be easy for your people to tackle them since they themselves are drenched in oil (all this done all of a sudden and if even the police car is flooded with cooking oil, how to drive it away? So even if they start calling for reinforcements, it will take a bit of time for your people to either run away or continue to harass them. Tell me what is the difference. If you use force to fight with the police, you go to jail and if the police gets badly injured, you go for a longer jail term … but if you pour cooking oil onto their cars and their bodies and so immobilise them … what is the difference … you still go to jail but I have not thought of how long is the jail period … ha ha ha! Please make sure you ask your men to pour enough oil that the car cannot be used anymore … too little oil will make no difference, understand?
