Bala and his legal team are now waiting for MACC in London

P. Balasubramaniam and his legal team – Manjeet Singh Dhillon, Americk Sidhu and Amarjit Sidhu – together with Datuk Zaid Ibrahim and Raja Petra Kamarudin, are now in London ready to do battle with MACC.

MACC had initially proposed that they meet in London to record Bala’s statement. Suddenly, at the eleventh hour, the MACC got cold feet and did an about turn and cancelled the meeting. Nevertheless, Bala and his team are still going to appear at the Holiday Villa in London tomorrow as scheduled, whether MACC turns up or not.

The ball is now at MACC’s feet. If they want to record Bala’s statement then they had better turn up tomorrow – or else forever hold your peace.
