Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad, which is owned by Perbadanan Menteri Besar Selangor, made a loss of RM4,387,897 in 2006. Its accumulated losses for 2006 was RM7,504,459. Yet it forked out almost RM2 million to pay for the cost of the ‘study tours’ for those in the Selangor corridors of power. And should Chan Ah Chye and Khir Toyo, plus their family and maids, also be amongst that delegation?
