‘Secret DAP-PKR pact to keep Chinese in power’

The younger generation must be taught the real historical facts surrounding the May 13, 1969 bloody riots so that they can be “exposed to the truth” about Gerakan and DAP.

Independent MP Zulkifli Noordin (Kulim Bandar Baru) today dropped a bombshell when he claimed that there is a “secret contract” between PKR and DAP to keep the Chinese in power if the opposition coalition takes over Putrajaya.

Debating the Budget 2011, Zulkifli, the former PKR man, said the contract, which PAS said “it is not even aware” of, promises that Chinese leaders in DAP will be given “autonomy” in Penang.

He said he is exposing the pact because the Chinese leaders in DAP were the ones who should be held responsible for the May 13, 1969 incident in the aftermath of the DAP and Gerakan victory in the general election of that year.

“Meanwhile, Malay candidates will be put in Negri Sembilan and Perak. And if they win (in the states), they will pick a menteri besar from DAP to head the states,” he added.

Zulkifli also lashed out at DAP, labelling it a “chauvinist infected party”.

However before he could provide any details on the ‘secret contract’, his speech was cut short by Speaker Wan Junaidi Jaafar.

Earlier, Zulkifli suggested that the younger generation must be taught the real historical facts surrounding the May 13, 1969 bloody riots so that they can be “exposed to the truth” about Gerakan and DAP.

He added that the two parties, especially DAP, was constantly playing up the same racial cards even now.

In defence of the PM

Zulkifli also defended Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak’s recent alleged inflammatory statements during the Umno annual general meeting, saying that he was misunderstood by the DAP leaders.
