Sodomy II: Saiful a ‘passive homosexual’, court heard

(The Star) – Lawyer Karpal Singh suggested in the Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim sodomy trial that Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan was a “passive homosexual”.

There were multiple DNA profiles on Saiful’s anus?, Karpal had asked chemist Dr Seah Lay Hong during cross-examination Tuesday.

Dr Seah: Yes.

Karpal: Which means that he was a passive homosexual, or those semen couldn’t have gotten into his anus.

Dr Seah: I cannot conclude on that.

“I’m putting it to you that it is a logical conclusion, multiple DNA profiles in his anus makes him a passive homosexual,” said Karpal.

Dr Seah replied that she was not in the position to comment on the matter.
