Porn Legal In Malaysia?

Why the porn VCD and DVD seller always get caught selling his porn stuff but here, nobody catches the people who tayang the latest blue film in Carcosa?

Furthermore, it was made to an audience. So much for Muslim country. Najib should first catch the person who displayed the porn video instead of coming out with a comment whether the Police were involved or not. It is also secondary whether Anwar was the one in the video.

First and foremost, an offence was committed. A Pornographic film was in possession of the Datuk. He should have surrendered it to the police. If you found drugs in your car, do you hold a press conference to tell people you found drugs or do you surrender it to the police first?

So why the hypocrisy? You can catch the porn DVD seller standing outside the 7Eleven but here, nobody is caught. Is a Datuk above the law?

Each and every journalist should also be charged for viewing a blue film. It is an offence in Malaysia. The Chief Editor of The Star should be prosecuted as well for being vicariously liable for his journalist being present viewing a pornographic film.
