Ahmad Sarbani’s death: the lies and deceptions by the MACC (part 8)

This Cautioned Statement recorded under section 53(3) of the MACC Act was the first statement given by Ahmad Sarbaini and covered six pages where he gave a detailed description of all his and his family’s assets. It was recorded in 45 minutes and Ahmad Sarbaini specifically denied having ever received any “wang imbuhan” while discharging his duties as a Customs officer.
