(Malaysiakini) – In replying to questions on whether Kelantan prince and former finance minister Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah is speculated to be roped into Pakatan Rakyat and become prime minister if Pakatan wins, Azmin asked, “Do you agree if I become the prime minister?”.
“It (Tengku Razaleigh) is just rumours. Anwar (Ibrahim) has said that we had discussed all options with other presidents of the Pakatan Rakyat coalition, and the question of leadership depends on each party.
“We have a process in PKR and in Pakatan Rakyat. We have discussed all options and we are prepared to continue with the struggle. It (a possible Anwar conviction) is not a problem at all, it is just a minor issue,” said the Gombak MP.
