Kajang councillor denies links with two companies

Kajang municipal councillor Lee Kee Hiong says that she is not involved in the transactions between the two companies and the Serdang Aman DAP branch.

(Free Malaysia Today) – Kajang municipal councillor Lee Kee Hiong has dismissed reports implicating her in the alleged irregularities in the transactions of two companies – WSK Services and Hong Chae Enterprise with DAP’s Serdang Aman branch.

“I have already rebutted your report in my (social networking site) Facebook,” said the ex-aide to Selangor exco, Ean Yong Hian Wah in response to a report entitled, ‘Why no action against councillor, DAP?’

Members within the DAP had recently questioned why there was no investigation into alleged irregularities in transactions between WSK Services and the Serdang Aman branch.

Ean Yong has also defended Lee as he clarified that Lee does not have any interest in the two firms.

He also told FMT that DAP’s Serdang Aman branch had no monetary transactions with any contractors and suppliers.

Lee who quit her aide post in 2008 also denied allegations that there was a complaint lodged to the party’s disciplinary committee against her by Hulu Selangor district councillor and ex-DAP member, KA Ramu in the year 2010.

“There is no such thing (complaint). You can ask (Cheras MP and DAP disciplinary committee chairman) Tan Kok Wai.”
