NFC: PKR’s Rafizi, Zuraida ordered to enter defence against Shahrizat’s defamation suit

(The Star) – PKR director of strategy Mohd Rafizi Ramli and PKR Wanita chief Zuraida Kamaruddin have been ordered by the High Court here to answer, by March 9, a RM100mil defamation suit filed by Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil.

Shahrizat had filed the suit against them on Jan 19 over alleged defamatory statements against her in relation to the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) controversy.

High Court judge Vazeer Alam Mydin Meera issued the order when the suit was called up before him in open court Friday.
