S’gor Umno Youth lodges MACC report over alleged state govt abuses

(Bernama) – Selangor Umno Youth Thursday lodged a report with Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on alleged abuses by the state government as claimed by Raja Petra Kamarudin in his blog posting.

Youth chief Ungku Md Salleh Ungku Abdul Jamal, who made the report at MACC headquarters here at 2.45pm, urged MACC to investigate and check the alleged abuses by the state government.

“The report is based on Raja Petra’s blog posting that he has proof that the state government didn’t call for open tender and appointed contractors in direct negotiations from 2008 until now.

“This is unlike their promise to call for open tender for contract jobs,” he added.
