Daim’s prophecy “just in time reprieve’ for BN

Once discarded political ‘clairvoyant’ Economic Advisor Daim Zainuddin is now Barisan Nasional’s ‘great shaman’ having issued uplifting forecasts.

And yes, he said there was a possibility of  Selangor being won, maybe because so many Kampucheans usually residing in Pekan had their addresses transplanted in Selangor and were given immediate ICs.

The mainstream media (MSM) seems to have lapped up the ‘life changing’ predictions spewed by former Economic Advisor Daim Zainuddin recently.

The interview with Daim is a just-in-time reprieve for Barisan Nasional (BN). He gave Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak an A++ for his transformation plans.

And yes, he said there was a possibility of  Selangor being won, maybe because so many Kampucheans usually residing in Pekan had their addresses transplanted in Selangor and were given immediate ICs.

There were many many more morsels strewn by Daim for reporters to pick up, but like in all previous interviews, they were largely ignored.
They (MSM reporters) wanted to hear only nice things.

But here’s the thing. The reporters get to see Daim maybe once a year. They don’t have the feel on Daim’s thinking.

They can’t detect his nuances, his thought flows and subtle messages.

If readers remember, a few weeks ago, I wrote that  I get to see the Oracle on average once a month. The oracle is Daim’s alter ego and what he says reflects what the man himself is thinking.

Losses in Sabah, Sarawak

I wrote that article with a specific purpose – to preempt whatever lies and spins  published by the MSM.

So let me repeat what the Oracle said was Daim’s thinking on the politics of East Malaysia.

Why East Malaysia? Because the BN seems to be stuck with the idea that East Malaysia is their fixed deposit.

They don’t know that if the East Malaysians have their way, they would rather kick the ass of Semanjung people out of Sabah and Sarawak.

So before the MSM do some blatant spinning, let me  repeat what Daim thinks is going to happen in East Malaysia.

In Sarawak, the BN may lose up to 16 parliamentary seats and in Sabah up to 12.

Both the great helmsmen – Musa Aman in Sabah and Taib Mahmud in Sarawak – have grown weary of Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak’s double face dealings.

The wife (Rosmah Mansor) does her thing to mollycoddle Musa, while Najib strokes Shapie Apdal.
