The Zuraida Saga
With the swearing-in of Mr. Fong on Friday the 9th of March, 2012 (last week) as a newly minted MPAJ councilor, the defacto representation of YB. Zuraida within MPAJ remains intact and with Mr. “Professional” Fong replacing his good friend and mentor, Mr. “Amateur” Tan as the Ketua Zon Lapan, no outsider will now be able to question the legality of Ampang Walk, even though it remains illegal.
Parlimen Selangor
First of all Parlimen Selangor would like to express its deepest apologies to Mr. Fong Teck Keong for not publishing his name in its last editorial “MPAJ Endorsed Road Hogs” but merely mentioning his initials “FTK”.

Secondly, Parlimen Selangor would like to congratulate Mr. Fong Teck Keong for being selected as a first term MPAJ
councilor (Zone 8) for the 2012-2013 sessions.
Lastly, Parlimen Selangor must additionally congratulate YB. Zuraida Kamaruddin, the MP for Ampang, for being successfully able to replace her former crony, Mr. Tan Hua Meng (ex-MPAJ councilor Zone 8) with Mr. Tan’s close friend and proxy, Mr. Fong Teck Keong (current MPAJ councilor Zone 8). It must be expressly mentioned here that this is a brilliant strategic move as Mr. Tan has outlived his usefulness and that a professional was brought in to replace him to advance to a higher level of corruption.
For those uninformed, Mr. Fong was the unnamed “FTK” mentioned in the past editorial, the “independent contractor” that was nominated by Mr. Tan, and seconded by YB. Zuraida, to undertake the building of Ampang Walk in the vicinity of Spectrum Shopping Mall, the project that did not have the mandatory building approvals from MPAJ during the time of
construction, and the project that still does not possesses any building/renovation approvals from MPAJ now (after construction, commissioning and usage).

The question that remains unanswered now is why the YDP and TYDP of MPAJ are so terrified to take action against these perpetrators. It is rather useless to petition the MB of Selangor to look into this illegality, as he is incapable of touching YB. Zuraida lest she unleash her partner-in-crime, YB. Azmin Ali (the Pasar Larut Malam @Jelatek CBT remains
unsolved) on him.
