Occupy Dataran raided by DBKL one day after our camp 1 month anniversary

 At 9:30am this morning, a day after Occupy Dataran celebrated our 1 month old peaceful encampment at Dataran Merdeka, DBKL raided our campsite, confiscated all our belongings, took down our protest tent, took away our mats, signs, food, drinks and supplies.  DBKL came with their truck at 9:30am, drove up the curb onto our campsite located next to the Sultan Abdul Samad building at Dataran Merdeka and parked it next to the big tree. One DBKL worker climbed up the truck and took down our protest tent that we placed up the tree the night before as a sign of protest against DBKL multiple raids our peaceful encampment. Then the DBKL officer in charge gave orders to confiscate all our belongings and supplies.
