Nazri should accept MCA Youth’s comments

(The Rakyat Post) – Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz is arrogant. This is how the MCA Youth labelled the Tourism and Culture Minister after the latter described the Youth wing as irrelevant.

MCA Youth chief Chong Sin Woon told The Rakyat Post that Mohamed Nazri, as a minister, was subjected to comment by anybody.

“We were just commenting on his way of promoting the issue of supporting Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.

“So who is he to do things that are out of the box?” said Chong, probably alluding to toeing the Barisan Nasional line.

Earlier today, Mohamed Nazri said no one cared about MCA Youth as it had been rejected by the voters.

This follows after the wing chastised him for supporting Penang’s proposal to ban foreign cooks in hawker stalls.

Mohamed Nazri was chided for taking Lim’s side on the matter and asked for a clarification as his remarks could represent the federal government’s position on the matter.

Chong said if Mohamed Nazri could not accept comments from MCA Youth, then he should not say he was representing everybody.

As a Tourism Minister, Mohamed Nazri should respond in a good manner and not be so arrogant, Chong said.

He admitted that while MCA Youth knew that it had lost some support with voters, it had never given up the fight.
