Excos to take instructions from Pakatan
They will continue carrying out their duties, says Sivarasa.
(Free Malaysia Today) – The Selangor Executive Council will continue with the business of governing the state and will be taking instructions from Pakatan Rakyat, according to PKR Supreme Council member R. Sivarasa.
“The positions of the excos have not changed,” he said. “They will be issued with directives by their respective parties within the next few days.”
Sivarasa urged Menteri Besar Khalid Ibrahim to step down immediately since he no longer enjoys the support of the majority in the Selangor State Assembly.
Referring to the legal notice from Khalid’s lawyers, which warned the PKR disciplinary board yesterday against discussing the Menteri Besar issue, Sivarasa said the notice had no relevance because it did not answer the charges preferred against Khalid.
