Hadi welcomes Azmin as Selangor MB

(NST) – While congratulating the appointment of PKR deputy president as Selangor MB, PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang believe that the end of the controversy will forge better cooperation among the parties in Pakatan.

“We must move on. The administrative process must continue and our (Pas) relationship in Pakatan must also continue”, he said today.

He said Pas had never insisted that assemblymen whom it had shortlisted must be appointed as the Menteri Besar.

On suggestion that a Deputy Menteri Besar post would be created and alloted to a Pas assemblyman, Abdul Hadi said it is up to the Selangor government and if the State Constitution allows it, and the Sultan of Selangor.
