Guan Eng: DAP will not attend if Hadi doesn’t
Penang chief minister says DAP will wait till Hadi is free before it agrees to attend Pakatan Rakyat meetings.

DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng said the party’s Central Executive Council has decided it will not attend the Pakatan Rakyat Leadership Council meetings as long as PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang is not present.
According to a report in Roketkini, Lim said the decision was made to ensure that the coalition of PAS, PKR and DAP remained to be seen as a united front.
“Seeing as Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi is the sole decision-maker in PAS, he must be present at the Pakatan Rakyat Leadership Council meeting. DAP will wait till Hadi is free to attend before we make ourselves available for the meeting,” Lim explained.
Adding that Pakatan Rakyat must restore the trust and confidence of middle-class Malaysians by staying united, he also said they must continue to fulfil their promises and remain committed towards upholding good governance, justice, freedom and democracy.
