DAP National Conference: PAS fails to keep promises, says Kesidang assemblyman
“Think about it, how many votes will we lose if they (PAS) remain in Pakatan,” he said.
(The Star) – Kesidang assemblyman, Chin Chun Siong while debating the policy speech at the DAP National Conference on Sunday has said PAS had failed to keep its promises during the last election.
“They spoke so much about being moderate and looking to the wellbeing of all Malaysians, and with that they pleased the Chinese and Indians.
“Not long after that though, things like Hudud and Octoberfest slowly started becoming an issue, in turn creating conflict within the party,” he said adding that it has opened up room for doubt from the people.
He said that those who voted for them will no longer want to vote and would feel that DAP is in on what PAS is carrying out.
“That is not their fault however because we did ask them to vote.
“Think about it, how many votes will we lose if they (PAS) remain in Pakatan,” he said.
He added that regardless of anything else, it was important for all parties in Pakatan to have a fixed ulterior.
