The Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into the issue of illegal migrants in Sabah is a political landmark in Malaysian politics. Many are of the opinion that the massive increase in Sabah’s population over the past three decades, in the region of 300%, was deliberate and politically motivated.
In a special JCI webcast, Prof James Chin, JCI’s Director of Governance Studies, will speak to two leading indigenous Sabahans on the RCI and its implications.
