Tuan Ibrahim: Nominate me for PAS deputy

(The Star) – PAS vice-president Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man is willing to contest the PAS deputy presidency if nominated.

“Previously (at PAS’ general assembly), there were suggestions for me to contest for the deputy president, vice president and PAS central committee posts.

“But then, with my ability, it was enough for me to go for vice-president but this time if nominated (for the deputy presidency), I will look into it…I will perform istikharahprayers (prayers for Allah’s guidance whether he should contest or not),” he told a press conference.

Tuan Ibrahim had declined nomination by Kota Baru PAS to challenge president Datuk Seri Hadi Awang in the June party polls.
