Perak PAS Youth set to sever ties with state Dapsy

(The Star) – Perak PAS Youth is ready to sever ties with the state DAP Socialist Youth (Dapsy) over its decision to freeze cooperation with the party following the passing of amendments to the hudud Bill in the Kelantan state assembly last week.

“We will not hesitate to end our ties with immediate effect if there’s no solution in sight.

“(Dapsy’s) decision was made hastily and it is immature,” Perak PAS Youth chief Dr Raja Ahmad Iskandar Al-Hiss told journalists here on Wednesday night.

He added that PAS Youth was fully behind party president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang over the hudud issue.

“He is our leader and we will always back him,” he said.
