Dow Jones: WSJ’s expose on PM-1MDB ‘fair and accurate’
(FMT) – Publisher stands by WSJ’s coverage that USD700 million of 1MDB-linked funds were channeled into the private bank accounts of Najib Razak.
Dow Jones, the publisher of international business daily The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) is standing by its report on July 3 alleging that funds from 1MDB-linked companies had been channeled into the private bank acccounts of Prime Minister Najib Razak.
“We stand behind our fair and accurate coverage of this evolving story,” a spokesman for Dow Jones was quoted as telling The Star when contacted, also adding that they had “solid” documents to substantiate their claims.
