Help us catch corrupt culprits, Mara tells Rafizi
Annuar Musa says probes into a controversial Australian property purchase are ongoing.
(Free Malaysia Today) – Mara has urged PKR secretary-general Rafizi Ramli to provide any evidence he has that could help in investigations of alleged corruption involving any of its officials.
Responding to allegations that Rafizi made yesterday, Mara Chairman Annuar Musa told reporters today that investigations into a controversial property purchase in Australia were ongoing.
He said it was unfair of Rafizi to prematurely accuse a Mara investment executive of wrongdoing in the case.
Rafizi said yesterday that there was strong evidence against the executive and complained that no action had been taken against him.
“The opposition wants to see people tried, but we are more interested in ensuring that justice is served,” Annuar said.
“Mara would appreciate it if YB Rafizi or other parties would hand in any evidence that they may have to aid in investigations.”
