Slaves, sex and heaven and hell
For example, if you have had sex with your slave and then you hand your slave to your son then you must inform your son so that he does not also have sex with that slave. A son cannot have sex with a slave whom the father has already had sex with.

This was what Free Malaysia Today reported:
Basically, that means you must follow only one version or interpretation of Islam — Sunni Islam of the Shafi’i school (or madhab), the Qur’an and the Sunnah. Any rejection of any part of this is a criminal offence. This not only applies to Selangor but to the entire country.
Today, Zaid Ibrahim said that ordinary Muslims must define Islam “as they see it” because “their leaders are not helping them to understand the religion.”
“After all,” said Zaid, “at the end of the day it is about our life, about our happiness and comfort in our relations with the Maker. Any other definition of the Islamic way is fascism with a new name.”
He says Malaysia is worse off after 40 years of Islamisation. “The country is in far worse shape than before. Our people are divided, between Muslims and non-Muslims, between Sunnis and Shias, between Malays and non-Malays, between Malays and Umno Malays, between Umno Malays and the President’s Men and so on. In matters of integrity in leadership, and in state and corporate governance, we are also worse off.”
“Today, corrupt leaders are a dime a dozen, and we have a police force that appears to many people as being afraid of the political leaders.”
“Today, leaders use Islam to promote a dress code, and as political propaganda, but nothing deeper.”
Now, if you consider these two statements (which are not the only two but there are many more such statements) this clearly gives you the impression that there is still a lot of confusion regarding what is ‘correct’ Islam and what is ‘wrong’ Islam. The fact that after 1,400 years Muslims are still quarrelling over the matter shows that the matter is far from settled since the time of the Muslim split not long after the death of Prophet Muhammad.
Actually, this happened to Christianity as well. Not long after the death (or ascension to heaven if you wish) of Jesus Christ, the Jesus Movement also split. For more than a thousand years the Christians too had been at war with each other to ‘define’ the ‘correct’ version of Christianity. After uncountable deaths, until today no one knows which version of Christianity is the correct version.
In the beginning the church played a big role in trying to ‘define’ the ‘correct’ version of Christianity. And they did this by exterminating (religious cleansing à la ethnic cleansing) those who were perceived as heretics and who went against what the church taught. Eventually the church gave up. There were just too many people to kill.
Muslims, however, have not given up. They are still religious cleansing à la ethnic cleansing. The only thing is ‘deviant’ and ‘heretic’ Muslims are no longer killed — like what they used to do in Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries even as recent as WWI (go read about how the Saud tribe swept across the Arabian Peninsula in 1916 during WWI). Instead, they are arrested and jailed (although in some countries they still kill you).
The issue here is, once you are born from a Muslim father then you are automatically a Muslim. And if your father is a Sunni Muslim of the Shafi’i school then you, too, are a Sunni Muslim of the Shafi’i school. There are no two ways about it and this matter is not open for discussion. And if you deviate from the teachings of Sunni Islam of the Shafi’i school then you have committed a crime.
Choice and freewill do not apply. There is no choice and no freewill. That is what you were born into and that is what you will remain as until the day you die. It is like in the old days when you were born of slave parents then you, too, are a slave. You are not a freeman or freewoman.
And, as a slave, you become the property of the slave owner who can do whatever he or she likes with you. In Islam, it is haram to have extramarital sex. However, it is halal to have extramarital sex with your slave because a slave is your property and you can do what you like with your property.
Malays, too, used to keep slaves. British like James W.W. Birch were opposed to slavery and when he tried to act against slavery they stuck a keris in his sorry behind as he had a berak (or shit) along the Perak River. Of course, today they would still take action against you if you polluted the river but not to the extent of stabbing you with a keris.
Anyway, for all intents and purposes, slavery is still legal in Islam. Islam has never abolished slavery although Islam does lay down the rules and regulations on how you should treat your slaves.
For example, if you have had sex with your slave and then you hand your slave to your son then you must inform your son so that he does not also have sex with that slave. A son cannot have sex with a slave whom the father has already had sex with.
Of course, in Islam oral sex is allowed while there is a disagreement regarding anal sex — some scholars say it is allowed and some say no. And that is better than the ‘Christian’ laws that Malaysia has adopted where you can get sent to jail for 20 years for ‘unnatural sex against the order of nature’. I suppose if you are into kinky sex then Hudud laws would serve you better than the British ‘common laws’ that apply in Malaysia.
Anyway, as Zaid said, Muslims should be allowed to define Islam as they feel it should be defined. After all, we do not really know which is the correct version of Islam, or which is the correct religion for that matter. So your fate is in your own hands and whether you end up in heaven or hell will depend on what you do and not based on what others tell you to do.
