Mahathir is Obsessed With Najib

At the age of 90 years old, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad has become fond of Malaysia’s current premier Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. Najib has hit Mahathir’s ego so bad that the latter only sees Najib everywhere. Mahathir’s life revolves around Najib. I wonder if he silently has Najib’s picture under his pillow.

In the eyes of Malaysia’s grand old thief, everything in the country today is because of Najib. Let us have a glimpse of what has come out of Mahathir’s mouth lately:

  • Malaysia has become a ‘pariah’ state because of Najib
  • Najib risks arrest if he travels abroad. This very quickly turned to Najib is safe abroad because of ‘high position’
  • Najib used state funds for bribery
  • Najib does not respect separation of powers
  • Umno has become all about Najib
  • The price of Proton is high because of Najib

In actual fact, the truth that’s probably running in Mahathir’s aging brain is:

  • My cronies have stop gaining financial empowerment because of Najib
  • My crooked bridge dream is only a reality in my crooked brain because of Najib
  • My son can never become prime minister because of Najib
  • My other son is losing wealth because of Najib
  • My dream in Proton is suffocating because of Najib
  • I am being made to look like a complete fool because of Najib
  • My Umno Baru is turning against me because of Najib
  • My dream of Malay supremacy is flopping because of Najib
  • The western world is friendly with Malaysia because of Najib
  • International trading will be boosted like never before because of Najib
  • People are forgetting me because of Najib

Mahathir must be having nightmares thanks to Najib. Dan Slater, a renowned associate professor in political science at the University of Chicago very rightly condemned Mahathir in his article in the East Asia Forum a few months ago. He wrote, “At least the embattled Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak is right about one thing. The current mess in Malaysian politics is the making of his greatest nemesis, Mahathir Mohamad.” Dan concludes that history should judge Mahathir as the author of a long national decline in Malaysia. He added that Malaysia’s road towards ruin commenced with Mahathir.

History has indeed repeated itself on Mahathir. Mahathir cunningly formed Umno Baru and did not allow Tunku Abdul Rahman and Tun Hussein Onn to be part of it. Tunku and Hussein Onn were forced to form a liaison with Semangat 46 to embattle Mahathir, but they failed. Mahathir deemed Semangat 46 an opposition. Today, Mahathir is holding hands with the Opposition to oust Najib. This is a complete reversal of role. Flashbacks are definitely playing in Mahathir’s mental recorder, and he is afraid of being washed aside. Don’t worry Mahathir. For all the mess and harm you brought to this country and its people, the pain you are enduring today is hopefully just the beginning. May you be blessed with much more suffering than you have given everybody throughout your evil tenure.

Please continue your senile ranting, Dr Chameleon. We love every bit of it. Continue sounding desperate. It is indeed a pleasure to see you drowning in your own sorrows.
