MACC, stop bitching and start pitching

So you see, the MACC is giving tacit approval to Tony Pua’s actions and statements (plus actions and statements by Rafizi Ramli). And this has been going on for a long time. But when ‘RPK’ says anything they issue internal WhatsApp messages and memos disputing and rebutting what is said. But they never do the same when Tony Pua, Rafizi Ramli, Tian Chua, and the others say anything.

THE CORRIDORS OF POWER

Raja Petra Kamarudin

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is bitching that they are being unfairly attacked. My advice to them is to stop bitching and start pitching. We want to see what is MACC’s best shot and whether they can successfully bring down Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak.

The day that the MACC decided to turn itself into a political organisation and become the fourth member of Pakatan Rakyat, and now Pakatan Harapan, was the day they lost their kekebalan. From that day on it was open season for MACC and its officers who are moles of DAP.

You cannot scream protection when you are now a member of the fighting force. If you are merely a UN observer you can scream neutrality and take offense if anyone shoots at you. But when you carry a rifle and join the soldiers in battle then you become a combatant and a legitimate target. And that allows the other side to shoot you.

The WhatsApp message and memo (meant for internal circulation only, of course), which you can read below, grumbles about them being attacked by ‘RPK’ and ‘other media’.

Well, that is the price you pay when you become a combatant in a war. If you can’t stand the heat then get out of the kitchen. You cannot carry a gun and shoot the soldiers from the other side and then scream when they shoot back.

What fooking idiots!

This is the trouble with the Malays, in particular government officers. It is okay when they fix others up. But when they get hit back they complain and scream that it is unfair.

Malays can preach Islam to non-Muslims and convert non-Muslims to Islam. They even have a government-funded (which means taxpayers are paying for it) organisation for that. But if Christians preach to Muslims and try to convert Muslims to Christianity the Malays will threaten another May 13 and bloodshed and so on.

Malays can ask Chinese to go back to China and Indians to go back to India. But if anyone asks the Malays to go back to Indonesia and give Malaysia back to the Orang Asli, the Malays will threaten another May 13 and bloodshed and so on.

Okay, I read those two internal messages below. But what I did not find in those messages are explanations regarding the Rosli Dahlan and Ramli Yusuff cases. There was also no explanation regarding the Teoh Beng Hock and Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed murders. I also could not find the explanation regarding the senior MACC officer who bonked another man’s wife on his office table.

Those internal messages also failed to talk about the MACC officers who went to Saudi Arabia to meet the Arab donors of the RM2.6 billion. Who were the officers who went and what was the result of that meeting? Were these MACC officers able to sight the documents to prove that the RM2.6 billion did actually come from the Middle East?

When the MACC submitted their investigation report to the Attorney General, did this report include the fact that they had sent officers to Saudi Arabia to meet the Arab donor? And did the report to the Attorney General also state what they saw and whether they saw any evidence when they met the Arab donor?

Yes, MACC, please also mention all these facts. So far you are making allegations minus the facts. We want facts. We want details. We want evidence. What you are talking about is merely insinuations and conjecture. It is like saying that since you cannot prove that God does not exist then we have to take that as evidence that God does exist.

Hello, MACC, have you not heard that the absence of evidence can also mean the evidence of absence. If you cannot prove it does not exist that does not mean it is proof that it does exist. So, since Najib cannot prove he did not steal the RM2.6 billion that means he did steal it.

As what many people are saying, it does not matter what Najib does and says from hereon. They tell me that Najib has already suffered a serious negative perception problem and even if it is proven that Najib is innocent it is not going to do any good. Because of the successful perception war waged against Najib he is seen as guilty and no one wants to hear anything else other than that he is guilty.

Well, that is fine with me. I can accept that and agree that what all these people are saying is probably very true. In short, Najib has lost the perception war and the ANC (Anti-Najib Campaign) and Pakatuns won.

So, you all agree that the whole issue is perception. And you agree that perception is far stronger than the truth. And you also agree that Najib has lost this game of perception.

In that case, let us play that game then. Let us engage in a war of perception. Take Tony Pua’s statement below as one example of how the ANC and Pakatuns play the perception game.

Tony Pua is calling the Attorney General a crook. And Tony Pua is quoting the MACC in calling the Attorney General a crook. Does the MACC endorse Tony Pua’s statement? Is Tony Pua speaking on behalf of the MACC? Did the MACC request Tony Pua to issue statements on its behalf? Is the MACC keeping quiet because they agree with what Tony Pua said?

So you see, the MACC is giving tacit approval to Tony Pua’s actions and statements (plus actions and statements by Rafizi Ramli). And this has been going on for a long time. But when ‘RPK’ says anything they issue internal WhatsApp messages and memos disputing and rebutting what is said. But they never do the same when Tony Pua, Rafizi Ramli, Tian Chua, and the others say anything.

MACC is just playing politics. It is acting as the fourth member of Pakatan Harapan. Its focus is to try to bring down the Prime Minister.

“Pengurusan Tertinggi SPRM memberi jaminan akan terus melaksanakan amanah yang diberikan dengan bebas, telus dan professional,” said the MACC chief.

That is fooking bollocks! Where were your fooking amanah, bebas, telus and professional when it came to the Rosli Dahlan and Ramli Yusuff cases and the Teoh Beng Hock and Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed murders?

Oh, and one more thing, if all the MACC officers are so amanah, bebas, telus and professional, then how did this internal WhatsApp message and memo get leaked? And these are the same people who pray five times a day and go to Mekah every year. Fooking hypocrites! Perangai Yahudi lebih baik!

Pua questions if 1MDB money behind that donation

(Free Malaysia Today) – Leading 1MDB critic Tony Pua has called for further investigations to determine that a RM2.6 billion deposit in Prime Minister Najib Razak’s bank accounts had not come from funds linked to the government investment company 1Malaysia Development Bhd.

He disputed the findings by the Attorney-General that the money was a personal donation to Najib from the Saudi royal family and “given without any consideration”.

Pua, who is MP for Petaling Jaya Utara, also disputed Apandi Ali’s conclusion that the donation investigations were entirely separate from those into 1MDB, quoting the Swiss Attorney-General’s Office, which stated on Friday they believed that up to US$4 billion could have been misappropriated by 1MDB.

“Even if the funds deposited into the Prime Minister’s personal bank accounts came from the mysterious Arab donor (how did Apandi satisfy himself) that the money did not originate from 1MDB?” Pua said in a statement today.

He pointed out that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Agency had publicly stated that the RM2.6 billion investigations were incomplete without information from overseas financial institutions.

Pua said Apandi could not conclusively dismiss the possibility that part of the US$4 billion of misappropriated funds did not find its way into Najib’s accounts.

“The link between 1MDB and Najib Razak must be thoroughly investigated because of the circumstantial evidence surrounding the transactions,” he said.

Pua said the donation investigation could not be complete without investigating the money trail involving 1MDB and companies associated with it such as International Petroleum Investment Company of Abu Dhabi, its subsidiary Aabar Investments, Tanore Finance and Falcon Bank.

He urged the Attorney-General to grant MACC’s request for mutual legal assistance from foreign regulatory authorities immediately.
