THE CORRIDORS OF POWER

Raja Petra Kamarudin

This was a message that Hamid Bador, the ex-Deputy Director of the Special Branch, sent me on 27th August 2015.

Salam isyak pak engku. Sedapnya pak engku hentam saya ye. Sampai hati pak engku sanggup buat begitu just for a few quids. Its ok. Tqvm. We’ll see each other in heaven.

All this while I hv a very positive view on pak engku. I dealt with pak engku with lots of respect.

Does one need to stoop that low to earn a living. Be honest pak engku. Ever since we met I hv not the slightest doubt abt yr sincerity and integrity. I hv put pak engku very high in my personal list of respected individuals. Your plight has always been my top concern and of the highest regards. Even the health of yr goodlady……I pray for her quick recovery too. My approach in dealing with pak engku all this while is not one that anchors on monetary gains but one that is so divine……helping a hamba allah who has been victimised by the past regime. Insya allah my views on pak engku will never change. Pak engku can continue slandering me and it will remain just like that. Aaamiin. Salam.

So there you have it. The ex-Deputy Director of the Special Branch sent me that message, which more or less confirms he used to be very close to me and has served as my Deep Throat in Bukit Aman.

Many of you have been asking how come I have access to so much information, which at times even Ministers do not have. Well, now you have the answer to that question, which many of you have been asking for so long. I had the number two of the Special Branch in my pocket.

And why do you think he was not promoted to the number one post — the Director of the Special Branch — on 1st August 2015 when it was rumoured he was taking over? Well, the answer is quite simple, really. Hamid was involved in the ANC (Anti-Najib Campaign) and his job, once he takes over as the Special Branch number one, was to use the Special Branch to bring down Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak.

In fact, I met Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad one week after Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali flew to London to meet the old man. And the purpose of the meeting, which was arranged by Hamid, was to discuss a strategy to bring down Najib.

But then I tested them with one question, which they could not answer. And that question was: who will take over as Prime Minister once Najib is ousted. They would not give me any answer — which means this is not really about trying to save the country as what they are saying. So I decided to not join the ANC. It was clear that this is just about grabbing power and not about the country.

And when I refused to join the ANC they started attacking me. So I decided to go against the ANC just so show them that they cannot push me around and not suffer the consequences of me hitting them back.

Hamid made a posting in a Blog today, which you can read here: http://www.apanama.my/2016/02/sudah-sudahlah-tu.html

In that posting he makes it seem like he is a man of high morals, or as Rafizi Ramli would say: the morally upright Hamid Bador.

Actually, Hamid is on the payroll of a Chinese timber tycoon from Tawau, Sabah, named Elbert Lim. This Elbert is well known in Sabah as kaki curi balak. He steals logs from the forest reserves.

Everyone in Sabah knows that. But no action has ever been taken against him. Why is that? The answer is very obvious. Elbert has all the police and MACC officers on his payroll. So he can openly steal logs from the Sabah forest reserves and nothing will be done.

Why do you think Sarawak Report has so far in all these years mentioned all the other cases but never once mentioned this particular case? You do not need to be a rocket scientist to know the answer to that.

So Hamid can stop pretending that he is doing all this for the sake of Allah. He is just a Chinese badut. And he told me, “We’ll see each other in heaven.” How the hell does he know he is going to heaven? Maybe even hell may reject him.

And in case you do not know what a badut is, see the graphic below.
