The following are details and photos of the house on 34 Jalan Pinhorn, just a few doors away from Lim Guan Eng’s house on 25 Jalan Pinhorn (photo above).

House number 34 Jalan Pinhorn, which also does not have a swimming pool, was sold at a valuation of almost three times the price per square foot of  Lim Guan Eng’s bungalow (without a swimming pool).

House number 34 Jalan Pinhorn is less than half the size of Lim Guan Eng’s house but was officially valued at RM3.6 million in 2014 compared to the RM2.8 million that Lim Guan Eng paid in 2015 for his property just a few months later.
