Naive DAP girls should prove their case with solid proofs – Raja Sara
(Malaysia Outlook) -DAP girls, Syerleena Abdul Rashid and Dyana Sofya Mohd Daud, seem to be naive to believe that mere citing of examples of so-called ‘cheating’ cases were good enough to back their claims.
Hitting back at the two DAP political novices, social media commentator Raja Sara Petra hammered home the point that the duo had to show solid hard evidence to substantiate their accusations that Umno had cheated Malays.
“Syerleena Abdul Rashid of DAP has joined the fray in defence of her comrade, Dyana Sofya Mohd Daud, to ‘prove’ that Umno has cheated the Malays by citing incidences of where these cheating cases occurred.
“Maybe these two DAP girls do not understand that merely citing examples of such ‘cheating cases’ is not proof. Proof requires tangible evidence and not mere allegations like what these two are doing,” said Raja Sara, the daughter of prominent political commentator Raja Petra Kamarudin, commonly referred as ‘RPK’.
Anyway, Raja Sara said she would give the two DAP girls the benefit of the doubt and accept their so-called proof as evidence that Umno cheated the Malays.
She questioned on whether the examples cited by Syerleena was a case of Umno cheating the Malays or people, who happened to be Umno members, who cheated the Malays, assuming they did cheat the Malays in the first place.
She pointed out that a political party cannot be blamed as a whole just because one of its members committed a crime.
“Take the case of Anwar Ibrahim as an example. Is it he or is it his whole party, which will include his family as well, who was convicted for sodomy?
“Would it be fair for me to allege that PKR committed sodomy just like DAP says the whole Umno cheated the Malays?” she asked.
“I was born and brought up in Terengganu and I know how a certain politician in high office twisted the arms of the state government to approve certain projects in Pulau Redang, even though that area had been declared as a marine park.
“The state government had no choice but to reluctantly approve those projects to this Chinese tycoon, as they also had to do in Langkawi.
“This is what Syerleena is talking about. In fact, she has even identified the person involved when she mentioned Berjaya by name.”
