Political commentator Raja Sara blasted cyber bullies as cowards for hiding behind the keyboards after posting nasty remarks.

(Malaysia Outlook) – A political commentator has blasted the “kurang ajar” and “biadap” (rude and unruly) cyber bullies as cowards for hiding behind computer keyboards after posting hate speeches and racial slurs.

Raja Sara Petra said these bullies dared to post such “very dangerous” comments because they felt no one can track and confront them, and thought they can always get away with it.

She cautioned them that they can’t escape for long with their verbal abuses.

She doubted that the cyber bullies had the guts to say the same “dangerous” remarks if they knew they would face a danger of retaliation.

“They would never dare. They felt safe behind their computer keyboard.

“These cyber bullies are now quite common. They dare demonstrate their kurang ajar and biadap attitude because they felt there was nothing you can do about it.

“So in that sense they are cowards because they throw stones while they hide their hands,” said Raja Sara in a statement today.

She was commenting on some unsavoury and nasty comments posted by social media users in a Facebook posting titled – ‘Muslims threaten to leave the UK if it will ban the burqa’ by an account holder Leong Chuan Cheok and on the statement by Prime Minister Najib Razak’s wife Rosmah Mansor aide Rizal Mansor on Maria Chin and Bersih.

“It appears like it is now no holds barred on racial slurs and hate speech.

“This is almost like playing the Russian Roulette, where chances of getting a bullet in your brain is five-to-one. This is a very deadly and high-stakes game where the possibility of ending up in a tragedy is almost certain,” said Raja Sara.
