(Malaysia Outlook) – A video showing a man repeatedly beating another person with a bamboo stick has gone viral.
The 51-second video was uploaded by Parti Cinta Malaysia (PCM) vice-president Huan Cheng Guan shows the victim backed against the corner of a bedroom, pleading for the caning to stop.
Huan on his Facebook posting asked “Why beating like this? What was his mistake, just send him to the police station. What the guy wearing Bersih 5 shirt doing there.”
He also tagged #PDRM to probe the matter.
The victim was repeatedly cane by an attacker wearing a blue t-shirt.
Another man believed to be wearing Bersih 5 shirt was also captured in the video and was looking at the assault.
The video has since been shared over 236,000 times on Facebook and received over 10,000 comments.
